Year built: 2017
Plan: New Yankee Workshop
Here I go again. The last Adirondack chairs I built years ago showed a ton of weathering (was not good at treating them as often as they should have been). So, they made it into the fire pit.
Decided to build 4 chairs this time to sit around the fire pit. Decided to build them out of pine (ok, i'm cheap) because I was going to use the same solid stain we have on our house to protect them from the elements. So, I figured I would not need cedar.
Still had the templates from the prior build so, the project was fun and easy. Paid more attention this time to the fitting of the front legs to the back as this is critical so it sits flat on the ground.
AND, I started taking pictures of my projects as I build them!
Worked out well. Probably not the last time I build this project!
